Return & Refund Policy

AfricaEtrade offers a seven-day return policy on all items from the day it was delivered and items that meet the requirements for return. In the event you have any questions please contact us on any of our channels, and we will ensure that you get a resolution immediately.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:

Send a Complaint

Attach a picture of the product as this will as a means of evidence.

STEP 2:

Return after Authorization

Once your claim is endorsed, we will reach out to you to get the item back.

 

STEP 3:

Track Return Status

We will provide you with the necessary tracking details so that you can monitor the status of your return.

STEP 4:

Get Resolution

Once the item has been received by AfricaEtrade, we will ensure you get a resolution (A replacement, exchange or refund).

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  1. Items that have been altered from their original state cannot be returned.
  2. Items that have a missing or tampered serial number
  3. Items damaged due to misuse.
