You have 7 days after purchase to request a refund first, send us a complain include picture of the products
Once your claim is validated, we will provide information of getting the items from you
Once the items has been received by the sellers we will ensure you get a resolution (a refund or replacement)

Products that have been altered from their original or opened by an authorized personnel without permission.

Perishable goods cannot be returned except a valid reason is raised at the point of delivery with affirmation from the dispatcher.
